If you are somewhat sensitive to the idea of seeing human bones in places they’re not supposed to be, I would recommend you scroll no further, because this is pretty horrifying.
You may remember that Ridge Holland burst onto the NXT scene last year, only to have his run cut short when he badly injured his ankle in a match against Oney Lorcan.
Thankfully, he’s had surgery and is recovering, but that didn’t stop him from sharing some photos of his ankle before and after surgery.

I’m not a doctor, but I think the foot bone is supposed to be attached to the leg bone, or at least that’s what I learned in school.
We wish him a speedy recovery and hope to see him back in the ring soon.
