NXT tag team EverRise, made up of Chase Parker and Matt Martel, reportedly signed new contracts with WWE recently.
According to Fightful Select, they were offered new contracts months ago and they were actually signed months ago too.
WWE reportedly wanted to get the contracts to “match up” in length, so they’d both be signed for the same amount of time, but it’s unknown whether that happened.
Parker and Martel have recently been gaining some traction and popularity with their own talk show, EverRise Live, on WWE’s digital platforms.
They’ve mostly wrestled on 205 Live this year but have been on NXT TV a couple of times too. Parker has a 3-5 record so far this year, while Martel’s is 2-5.
Being from the same area, Kevin Owens is a big fan of EverRise and has even worn their merch on WWE TV recently.
