After two weeks of high viewership on Tuesday nights, NXT saw a big drop for last night’s show, with nearly 100,000 fewer people tuning in than last week.
According to Showbuzz Daily, an average of 744,000 people tuned in this week, down from 841,000 last week. The show did a 0.22 in the all-important 18-49 demographic, compared to 0.23 last week. The show ranked number 11 of the night’s top 150 shows on cable.
Last night’s show included Mercedes Martinez vs. Dakota Kai, Bronson Reed vs. Austin Theory, Legado del Fantasma vs. NXT Cruiserweight Champion KUSHIDA and NXT Tag Team Champions MSK.
AEW Dynamite is tonight, so we’ll see whether the show is able to draw 1 million fans for the third week in a row.
