Like its bigger brothers Raw and SmackDown Live, NXT house shows can be full of surprises too. And this past week saw no exception.
Current NXT Tag Team Champions Kyle O’Reilly and Roderick Strong stood in the ring bragging about how great Undisputed Era is. As they told the Oklahoma City crowd that they are the best team on NXT, Raw, SmackDown Live, two people, in particular, didn’t seem to agree with them.

NXT‘s once most dominant tag team The Revival returned to NXT this past Thursday. Everybody (myself included) had high hopes for the Revival when they made their main roster debut. But sadly, with injuries aplenty, things haven’t been that great for Dash and Dawson. However, it would seem not all is lost, as the Oklahoma crowd ate up the surprise return as they lay fists into the Undisputed Era in this one-off appearance.
But the surprise didn’t end there. This past Friday in Jacksonville Tyler Breeze arrived, shocking the Florida crowd who gave one half of the Fashion Police a thunderous ovation.

He worked a matched against Marcel Barthel coming away as the victor. After his match, he grabbed a mic and addressed the crowd showing his love for them and WWE’s black and yellow brand:
“Even if all your favorites end up on Raw or end up on SmackDown Live, every single one of them, including myself, started right here with every one of you in NXT. Basically, all I want to say to you guys is thank you very much and I’ll see you next week.”
