NXT Tag Team Championship Match Added To Tonight’s NXT 2.0

WWE has revealed a huge change to a match for NXT, announcing that the NXT Tag Team Championship will be on the line tonight.

MSK are now set to defend their gold in a four-way bout against Grizzled Young Veterans, Josh Briggs & Brooks Jensen, Carmelo Hayes & Trick Williams.

These four teams were originally scheduled for eight-man tag team action for tonight’s show.

WWE has announced that Joe Gacy will be in action on tonight’s edition of NXT 2.0 against Ikemen Jiro. On Twitter, NXT noted that it’s time for Gacy to practice what he preaches:

Gacy last wrestled on the September 21 edition of NXT, losing to Cameron Grimes. Ahead of this match, Gacy debuted his new ‘voice of a misunderstood generation’ gimmick.

On last week’s show, Gacy cut a promo about not being cancelled, following speculation as a result of WWE removing clips of the previous week’s promo from social media.

It has also been announced that Mandy Rose vs Ember Moon will open tonight’s show. Here is the updated line-up for NXT 2.0:

– Cora Jade in action

– Tony D’Angelo debut
