A quick reminder to US viewers that tonight’s episode of WWE NXT will air at 8pm ET on Syfy instead of the USA Network.
This is due to coverage of the Olympics which has taken priority on the USA Network resulting in NXT being moved off.
Next week’s August 3 episode will also be on Syfy.
Both shows have already been taped, so if you’re interested in spoilers, you can read them at this link.
NXT is currently building to TakeOver 36 which will take place Sunday, August 22, the day after SummerSlam.
The only match confirmed for TakeOver so far (not including those decided at the tapings that haven’t aired yet) is WALTER defending the NXT UK Championship against Ilja Dragunov.
Announced for tonight’s NXT are:
- Adam Cole vs. Bronson Reed
- Oney Lorcan & Pete Dunne vs. Timothy Thatcher & Tommaso Ciampa
- Carmelo Hayes vs. Josh Briggs
