This weekend in Birminham, England, NXT UK is holding a two day tournament to officially crown their first ever NXT UK Women’s Champion. Before the event began though, Triple H was on hand to unveil the strap.

In keeping with the Raw and SmackDown Live title styles, the NXT UK Women’s title is very similar in design to that of the United Kingdom Championship, currently held by Pete Dunne, but with white leather instead of black.
The tournament to crown the first ever champion features Toni Storm, Jinny, Isla Dawn, Millie McKenzie, Nina Samuels, Dakota Kai, Rhea Ripley and Xia Brookside. The winner will be appearing at WWE Evolution on October 28, as all women’s gold will be defended.
