WWE has announced an NXT Women’s Championship match for next week’s (February 8) episode of NXT 2.0 on the SyFy network.
NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose cut a promo on tonight’s show that was interrupted by Kay Lee Ray, who wanted a title opportunity. Mandy denied KLR’s challenge and left.
Kay Lee Ray chased Mandy around the arena throughout the duration of the show, until finally Mandy agreed to defend her title against KLR on next week’s show.
Also set for next week is the in-ring debut of Sanga, as well as the semi-finals of the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic.
