NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship Match Set For Next Week’s NXT

WWE has announced another championship match that will take place on next week’s (September 7) episode of NXT.

On last week’s show, Kacy Catanzaro and Kayden Carter scored a tag team victory over Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne, before calling out NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions Io Shirai and Zoey Stark.

The two teams had an interview with McKenzie Mitchell on tonight’s show, where she announced that Io and Zoey will defend their titles against Kacy and Kayden next week.

This isn’t the only Tag Team Championship match to take place next week, as WWE has also confirmed that MSK’s championship will be on the line as well.

WWE has also announced two more women’s matches for next week, those being Kay Lee Ray vs Ember Moon and the in-ring debut of Mei Ying.
