On tonight’s special Spring Breakin’, there were several teases of potential call-ups with another unfolding further on social media.
After losing to Bron Breakker on tonight’s NXT Spring Breakin’ (April 25), Andre Chase took to Twitter to share a message with fans.
Andre Chase writing:
“It’s been a helluva ride #WWENXT
“This is A TEACHABLE MOMENT‼️
“New beginnings are often disguised as painful endings.”
“#NXTSpringBreakin”
There’s no confirmation Chase was referring to a call-up, but of course given the timing and the way he was beaten by Breakker, that’s how a lot of people took his message.
Elsewhere on the card for tonight’s NXT Spring Breakin’, plenty of big matches including a huge triple threat for the NXT Women’s Championship with potential call-up implications.
Champ Indi Hartwell puts her title on the line against former champion Roxanne Perez as well as rising star, Tiffany Stratton.
Kicking off the action on the night, a first of its kind match between two tag teams that have been embroiled in a serious feud.
Pretty Deadly (Elton Prince and Kit Wilson) took on Stacks Lorenzo and Tony D’Angelo in the first ever trunk match. You can read more about that right here including how the ending teased another WWE Draft call-up.
