NXT star Zoey Stark has provided a new promising update on her road to recovery after suffering an injury last October.
Stark suffered a torn ACL and Meniscus during a three-way tag team ladder match at NXT Halloween Havoc and has been out of action since.
She has popped up on TV on crutches a couple of times since then, but for the most part, we haven’t seen anything of her.
Taking to Twitter today, Stark posted a promising update, writing:
Back to jumping rope….just learned how to do the crosses and double unders today. I forgot how great of a cardio session jump roping can be….onto the next phase rehab ?
We continue to wish Zoey Stark all the best throughout her recovery.
