Nyla Rose Pitches For Takumi Iroha To Make AEW Debut

AEW star Nyla Rose has spoke about who she would like to see make their debut with the company next.

Appearing on The Sessions with Renee Paquette, the former AEW Women’s World Champion discussed who she would like to see come from a different promotion through the forbidden door to All Elite Wrestling.

Rose named one talent in particular, her former tag team partner and rival Takumi Iroha.

She said:

“There’s quite a few people out there and they’ve kind of scratch to added, we’ve been able to get a couple of people that I think would make excellent additions coming through on AEW Dark, getting a chance to shine, and a few of them have been back here and there. Trish Adora, Amber Rodriguez, Sahara Seven, some really good people. But if we are talking ‘Forbidden Door’ I would say one of my old running buddies/tag partners/rivals, Takumi Iroha from Marvelous in Japan and I’ve had some pretty knock-down-drag-out bangers in Japan, let’s bring back to the States. Let’s get the spotlight on some of that.”

Although the upcoming Forbidden Door event on June 26 will exclusively feature the male stars from AEW and NJPW, Japanese women’s promotion World Wonder Ring STARDOM has expressed interest in working with All Elite Wrestling down the line as well.

STARDOM will team up with fellow Bushiroad representative New Japan Pro Wrestling for a special joint show later this year.
