Official Rules For WarGames Matches At WWE Survivor Series 2022 Revealed WWE

The official rules for the men’s and women’s WWE Survivor Series WarGames match were revealed during WWE Raw.

As seen on the 14 November episode of WWE Raw and shared on the official WWE Twitter account., the rules are as follows:

Two teams will be contained in separate cages with one member of each team starting the match.

After five minutes, a member from the advantaged team will be released to enter the match.

After a three-minute period, alternating members from each team will enter the match until all competitors are inside the cage.

Once all competitors have entered, WarGames officially begins.

The only way to win the match is by pinfall or submission.

WWE Survivor Series WarGames takes place on November 26 2022 in Boston, Massachusetts.

This event marks the first time that WWE has brought the WarGames concept to the main roster.

Previously, the WarGames concept had featured in five NXT pay-per-view, four of which were under the NXT: TakeOver branding.

There will be two WarGames matches:

The women’s WarGames match will feature Damage CTRL (Bayley, Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky), Nikki Cross & Rhea Ripley facing Bianca Belair, Alexa Bliss, Asuka, Mia Yim and an unnamed fifth wrestler.

Rumored names include Becky Lynch, Beth Phoenix, Candice LeRae or a return for Sasha Banks after she was seen training with Juventud Guerrera and Samuray Del Sol.

The men’s WarGames match will feature The Bloodline (Roman Reigns, The Usos, Solo Sikoa & Sami Zayn) vs Brawling Brutes (Sheamus, Ridge Holland & Butch), Drew McIntyre and an unidentified fifth man.

With Kevin Owens currently injured, he’s unlikely to be the fifth man.
