A new report has emerged that Olympic medalist Tareg Hamedi is planned to appear on today’s WWE Crown Jewel show in Saudi Arabia.
Hamedi won the silver medal in karate at the 2020 Summer Olympics, which actually only took place a few months ago due to the pandemic delaying things.
As per Fightful Select, Hamedi was in the ring working with Mansoor, Mustafa Ali and referee Charles Robinson ahead of today’s show.
There are no exact details known as to what the plans are for his appearance, but it would seem like, from that, he could get involved in Mansoor and Ali’s match.
WrestleTalk.com will have live coverage of Crown Jewel starting at 11am ET, so stay tuned to see how it all plays out.
