
Will Ospreay and Kenny Omega may finally meet in the ring on next week’s AEW Dynamite as their respective Trios face off.
As AEW continues to hurl towards it’s next pay-per-view, a massive backstage feud is set to make its way to the ring next week.
To end tonight’s August 24 AEW Dynamite, Aussie Open and Will Ospreay won their Trios match to advance in the AEW Trios Championship Tournament.
While they celebrated their victory in the ring, Kenny Omega and the Young Bucks came to ringside.
For the first time in AEW, Will Ospreay and Kenny Omega came face to face and teased potentially coming to blows.
In the end, Ospreay sat patiently in the ring while Don Callis helped to hold back a stormy Omega who was shown heavily taped, tried to get to the ring.
Set for the next week, the AEW Dynamite bracket final in the Trios Tournament with Aussie Open and Will Ospreay facing off against Kenny Omega and the Young Bucks.
Elsewhere on tonight’s episode, the return of Kip Sabian and Thunder Rosa made a major announcement.
