Omos WWE Status Major Update Following Pro Wrestling NOAH Appearances WWE

A major update on Omos’ WWE status following his recent appearances and championship victory in Pro Wrestling NOAH.

It has been nine months since WWE fans last laid eyes on the Nigerian Giant Omos on WWE television, his last appearance coming in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal on WrestleMania SmackDown in April.

Omos only made two appearances on WWE television in 2024, but he recently made the trip over to Pro Wrestling NOAH, where he debuted on the company’s New Year’s show on January 1.

His first night in the company, he and Jack Morris captured the GHC Tag Team Championship, with Omos going on to compete in multiple matches in the promotion throughout the month of January.

Many had wondered when or if Omos would be making his return to WWE following the excursion, but it seems his return is now on the horizon.

Following his latest defence of the GHC Tag Team Championship, Omos took to the microphone, where he announced that he is returning to WWE.

He handed his championship over to Daga, with he and Morris now recognised as the GHC Tag Team Champions, with Omos declaring that he would be back in NOAH.
