Overnight Viewership Down For January 29 Episode Of WWE SmackDown

Despite being the go-home show for the Royal Rumble, which is widely regarded as WWE’s most exciting pay-per-view of the year by fans, viewership was down for last night’s episode of SmackDown.

According to ShowBuzz Daily, last night’s show on FOX brought in an average of 2.228 million viewers, which is down from the 2.383 million figure that the January 22 show last week brought in.

The show, which featured singles matches between Bianca Belair and Bayley & AJ Styles and Daniel Bryan brought in a 0.6 rating in the 18-49 demographic, which is also down from the 0.63 rating that the show from last week brought in.

  • Hour One: 2.294 million viewers, 0.6 rating in the 18-49 demographic
  • Hour Two: 2.161 million viewers, 0.6 rating in the 18-49 demographic
