Overnight Viewership For SmackDown Following WrestleMania Backlash

The overnight viewership numbers for last night’s episode of WWE SmackDown following Sunday’s WrestleMania Backlash have been revealed.

As reported by TV Line, the show drew an average of 1.83 million viewers overnight and a 0.5 rating in the important 18-49 demographic. The night was topped with the Shark Tank season finale, which drew 3.4 million overnight viewers, also with a 0.5 rating in the 18-49 demographic.

Last night’s show featured an Intercontinental Championship four-way match between Apollo Crews, Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn and Big E. Apollo retained his title, with an assist from Aleister Black.

Black hit Big E with a Black Mass and watched on as Crews pinned the former Intercontinental Champion. Black hasn’t competed in an official match since October 2020.
