Through no fault of her own, Paige was unable to make it to last night’s episode of SmackDown, where she had been advertised to confront Women’s Champion Bayley.
The former Divas and NXT Women’s Champion posted the following on Twitter:
Sorry guys travel made it very hard for me to get there for #SmackDownLIVE with everything that’s going on. Completely out of my control. very sorry.. But at least @itsBayleyWWE is keeping you entertained

Of course what Paige is referring to is the worldwide panic regarding the coronavirus, which is making it difficult to do just about anything that normal humans should be able to do.
Hopefully whatever WWE had planned for Paige can play out sooner rather than later because she always seems to excel in whatever her role is, but of course health and safety is indeed more important.
SmackDown last night aired from the Performance Center, with Bayley teaming with Sasha Banks against Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross in a tag match.
