Vince McMahon announced on the Pat McAfee Show yesterday (March 3) that Pat McAfee would have a match at WrestleMania 38.
It was reported that McAfee would be in action against McMahon himself, but that is no longer the case.
On tonight’s SmackDown show, Raw star Austin Theory, who is Vince’s on screen protegee, came out and told McAfee that he was his opponent, before smacking him in the face.
Also on tonight’s show, Ricochet defeated Sami Zayn for the Intercontinental Championship, before Zayn challenged Johnny Knoxville to a match at WrestleMania.
