Pat McAfee has returned to WWE SmackDown and had a strong message for his SummerSlam opponent, Happy Corbin.
Ahead of their big showdown at SummerSlam, Pat McAfee returned from his week off and led with an apology for the WWE fans that they were subject to an additional two hours of Corey Graves last week due to his absence.
You’re forgiven Pat, but please try not to do it again anytime soon.
While McAfee was hoping to have a face to face interaction in the ring, he would have no such luck.
Corbin swerved McAfee by appearing on the big screen in a backstage segment where Corbin wondered if he had Monkey Pox after having choked out McAfee, he has noticed some abrasions on his arm.
McAfee retorted that those lesions were due to Corbin being allergic to excellence.
Pat McAfee recently re-signed with WWE to a multi-year contract which those within the company and fans alike have been thrilled with.
