Popular WWE Name Expected To Make A Move To ESPN WWE/ESPN

A popular WWE name is expected to make a move to ESPN.

At WrestleMania 39, Pat McAfee made his surprise return to the company to defeat The Miz in a match. This followed his hiatus to become a weekly panelist on ESPN’s College Gameday before returning to the commentary table at WWE Royal Rumble 2023.

His two brief returns has not seen the star back at commentary with Michael Cole on a weekly basis, but McAfee also just celebrated the birth of his first child.

Per the New York Post, Pat McAfee is expected to exit FanDuel and sign a deal to move to ESPN, with the announcement coming as soon as the Upfronts take place on May 16.

McAfee recently posed for a photo with one of the most powerful men in Hollywood, Disney’s Bob Iger.

Neither ESPN nor McAfee have chosen to comment on the news as of now.
