AEW star Paul Wight made his in-ring debut for the promotion back at the All Out pay-per-view, when he quickly defeated QT Marshall with a Chokeslam.
Wight recently spoke on the Brandon Kravitz podcast to promote tomorrow night’s (October 23) episode of AEW Dynamite, when he was asked when he would return to in-ring action for the company.
Wight gave an interesting answer, saying:
“I might be lacing up my boots this Saturday, it’s about that itch. It has been a little bit so I’m bringing my gear bag with me, so if you come to the event in Orlando, you might see my big ass in the ring. Where else are you going to see 400lbs of spandex, brother? That alone is worth the price of admission. ”
Wight has only competed in two matches for AEW. His first against Marshall, and the second on AEW Dark: Elevation, when he defeated CPA, RSP & VSK in a three-on-one handicap match.
