Follow along with all the night two WWE draft picks during Raw at this link.
The first night of the 2023 WWE Draft is officially in the books, and there were a lot of moves in the Draft that surprised a lot of fans.
While Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair heading to SmackDown and Intercontinental Champion Gunther heading to Raw were both surprising moves, it was actually the people who went undrafted that left more questions to fans.
Four men (Omos, Mustafa Ali, Dolph Ziggler and Von Wagner) were declared ‘free agents’ in the Draft pool, which allows them to float between both Raw and SmackDown.
Per Fightful Select (subscription required), those in the company are said to be ‘puzzled’ by some of the free agents, including Omos, who has recently been booked against both Brock Lesnar and Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins.
Night two of the 2023 WWE Draft is set to take place on tonight’s (May 1) episode of Monday Night Raw.
The rosters drafted tonight won’t come into play until next week’s Raw on May 8 following the WWE Backlash event this Saturday.
Several other NXT names were called up in night one of the Draft, including NXT Women’s Champion Indi Hartwell and NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn.
It remains to be seen if any more ‘free agents’ will become available in tonight’s Draft.
