WWE star Scarlett was at the center of an incident at a WWE live event in Peoria, Illinois on Saturday, November 12.

During Karrion Kross’ clash with Drew McIntyre, Scarlett distracted the referee on the apron at a point in the match.

After the spot, a fan in the crowd through a drink at Scarlett, leading to the fan being ejected.

The Peoria Civic Center issued a statement on the incident on their official website.

It read:

We are aware of the incident that took place at the WWE event on Saturday, November 12.

Fortunately, our Peoria Civic Center security team along with the Peoria Police quickly identified the individuals responsible and escorted them out of the building for the remainder of the show.

While we were disappointed in the actions of a couple and the brief distraction they caused, over 4,000 enthusiastic WWE fans were treated to a very entertaining event.

Scarlett took to Twitter on Sunday to react to the incident, taking shots at the fan.

She wrote:

“As a classy woman from Chicago, I’m not surprised that something like this would happen in Peoria. 🤢

PS. To the granny who threw the drink, your booze was as cheap as your hairdo. 😘”

It should go without saying, but don’t throw drinks or anything at wrestlers.
