Following a report from Fightful Select last week, it has been speculated that AEW star Peter Avalon could be on his way out of the company.
Avalon himself announced last night that he would now be taking Indy bookings, which seemed to suggest he had indeed left AEW.

However, fellow AEW star Leva Bates has now cleared up the confusion, and it seems Avalon is still very much an AEW star.

So it seems Peter Avalon remains a part of the AEW roster for the time being. We’ll bring any further updates should they become available.
