Planned Main Event For WWE Night Of Champions 2023 Revealed WWE

The match that is planned to go on last at WWE Night of Champions 2023 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia today has been revealed.

Earlier today, it was reported that the World Heavyweight Championship match between AJ Styles and Seth Rollins would be the FIRST match on the show, which has caused quite a stir among fans on social media.

Well, that left two other big matches – Cody Rhodes vs Brock Lesnar, and Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn vs Roman Reigns & Solo Sikoa – to choose from for the main event.

As reported by PWInsider Elite (via WrestlingNews.co), the decision is for the Reigns tag team championship match to close the show.

The big story heading into the match is the dissension within the Bloodline – and judging by last night’s SmackDown – specifically between Roman Reigns and Jimmy Uso.

It remains to be seen whether the Usos will show up in Saudi Arabia and play a part in the match, either helping or hindering Reigns and Sikoa.

The card for WWE Night of Champions 2023 on today (Saturday, May 27) is as follows:

World Heavyweight Championship – Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins vs. AJ Styles

Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship – Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn (c) vs. Roman Reigns & Solo Sikoa

Raw Women’s Championship – Bianca Belair (c) vs. Asuka

SmackDown Women’s Championship – Rhea Ripley (c) vs. Natalya

Intercontinental Championship – Gunther (c) vs. Mustafa Ali

Cody Rhodes vs. Brock Lesnar

Becky Lynch vs. Trish Stratus
