Planned Main Event For WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event Revealed

The planned main event match for tonight’s January 25 WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event show has been revealed.

Tonight’s card features four matches and one contract signing segment with big implications for next week’s Royal Rumble.

The contract signing will see Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens put pen to paper ahead of their Undisputed WWE Championship ladder match at the Rumble – and the segment will be moderated by Shawn Michaels.

Meanwhile, the matches featured at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event tonight include Rhea Ripley defending the Women’s World Championship against Nia Jax, and Sheamus challenging Bron Breakker for the Intercontinental Title.

Also, GUNTHER defends the World Heavyweight Championship against Jey Uso, with Braun Strowman vs Jacob Fatu the only non-title match of the night.

As reported by Fightful Select, the planned main event tonight is the GUNTHER vs Jey Uso match.

The opener is set to be Ripley vs Jax, which will be followed by Breakker vs Sheamus.

Then, the contract signing will take place in the middle of the four matches, before Strowman vs Fatu as the penultimate match, and then the aforementioned main event between GUNTHER and Uso.
