A planned rebrand and new name for the current version of WWE’s Judgment Day faction looks to have been revealed.
Coming out of WWE SummerSlam and last week’s Raw, the Judgment Day is now made up of Finn Balor, JD McDonagh, Dominik Mysterio, Liv Morgan and Carlito.
Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest, meanwhile, are united as babyfaces against the new version of the group that they were the very first members of.
Now, a new report from WrestleVotes has revealed that plans are in place to make changes to the presentation of the new Judgment Day.
This includes a suggested new team name of ‘Street Trash’. WrestleVotes wrote:
Plans are in motion to rebrand the ‘new’ Judgment Day. Sources say the group’s essence will stay the same, but a name change is likely.
The leading candidate is an out-of-the-box, yet bold idea: ‘Street Trash.’
WWE World Heavyweight Champion GUNTHER recently made a habit of using the phrase “street trash” to describe Damian Priest, who was still a member of Judgment Day ahead of their match at SummerSlam.
