A legal update has been provided on Jimmy Uso’s DUI arrest in July 2021, with a new police video of the arrest emerging.
The video, shared by TMZ, shows an exchange between Uso (real name Jonathan Fatu) and a police officer. Fatu gets heated around three minutes into the clip, calling the officer an asshole, before calming and following the officer’s instructions.
You can watch the full video below:
Fatu was ultimately booked on a misdemeanor DUI charge, as well as receiving citations for speeding and running a red light. TMZ now reports that court records show that Fatu cut a deal with the prosecutors earlier this month to close the case, with part of the agreement requiring Fatu to complete multiple classes relating to the incident.
Fatu reportedly completed these classes earlier this month.
