TMZ reports that police performed a wellness check on WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash after recent comments he made on his podcast.
Nash’s son Tristen passed away in October, and on an episode of his podcast Kliq This earlier this week, Nash worryingly said:
“Today is week 12 that I lost my boy. Time flies when you got a gun in your mouth. I mean — time flies when you’re having fun.”
Nash’s co-host Sean Oliver warned Nash not to joke around by saying that especially because Nash does own guns, but Nash replied:
“I can do whatever the f**k I wanna do. (As) long as I leave a note.”
Volusia County Sheriff’s Office told TMZ that deputies reached out to Nash, and thankfully he seemed to be “doing okay” and told them he had no intention of acting on those comments.
