Popular Former WWE Star Having Producer Tryout At Raw Tonight

Last night at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view event, Carlito made his shock return to WWE as part of the men’s Royal Rumble match, but this might not be the last we see of the former Intercontinental Champion.

PWInsider reported before the Royal Rumble last night that Carlito was scheduled to return at the show. The site also reported that he is set for a producers tryout at Monday Night Raw tonight.

The word making the rounds backstage is that Carlito will also be at tomorrow’s Raw and there’s talk he may be getting a tryout as a Producer for the company.

This is a similar situation to MVP last year, who returned as part of the men’s Royal Rumble match, appeared on Raw the following night, and signed on to become a backstage producer for the company.

However, MVP impressed so much in the on-screen roles that he had after rejoining WWE that the company decided to make him a full-time character on Monday Night Raw as part of the Hurt Business.
