Popular WWE Act Gift Championship Belt To NASCAR Cup Series Champion

A popular WWE act has gifted a championship belt to the NASCAR Cup Series Champion.

On the February 3 edition of SmackDown, WWE previewed the NASCAR Cup Series Championship at the LA Coliseum this weekend with an entertaining segment featuring Rey Mysterio, The New Day and The Judgment Day.

During the segment, Rey and Dominik Mysterio battled in a race car race on the track with the elder Mysterio winning.

On Sunday, Joey Logano won the NASCAR Cup Series Championship and received a gift from a top WWE tag team.

During an interview with the FOX NASCAR analysts, Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods of The New Day arrived to gift Logano a replica WWE Championship belt.

Kingston and Woods had a busy weekend following Friday’s SmackDown. At NXT Vengeance Day on Saturday, The New Day lost the NXT Tag Team Championships to Gallus in a four-way match that also featured Pretty Deadly and Chase U.
