Possible WWE Draft Spoilers

Possible WWE Draft Spoilers

The WWE Draft will continue tonight on Monday Night Raw, and Dave Meltzer has speculated that we could see a former Universal Champion move over to the red brand as part of tonight’s special show.

On the latest Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer speculated that we are going to see Lars Sullivan on SmackDown following his return last week, meaning Braun Strowman will likely be moving to Raw:

“I would guess [Lars is staying on] SmackDown and the reason I say that is because I figured they would keep Braun Strowman and Lars on separate sides. That’s not necessarily true but that’s kind of how I would do it.

“But Braun is gonna go to Raw is what I’m thinking. Put it this way, Braun was going to Raw in the original thing for this. Obviously, it can change, but he was. That’s why I figured with Roman Reigns, that’s the way to kind of like – you know, you do the job on the way out and Braun’s leaving and they’re trying to get a rating for next week and then the week after is going to be the week on FS1 so that will be an interesting week as well.”

This would certainly make sense, especially considering we’ve already seen Braun Strowman appeared on Raw over the last couple of weeks as part of Raw Underground, and most recently for an exhibition match with Keith Lee.

However, if Braun Strowman does move over to Raw, it will make WWE’s decision to have him appear on SmackDown just a few days later to challenge Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship slightly questionable.

It’s important to note that Dave Meltzer is not saying that Lars and Braun will be drafted to SmackDown and Raw respectively, and this is merely just speculated on his part. However, it certainly does make sense.

Speaking of tonight’s episode of Raw, it has been reported that a former WWE star could be returning to the company on tonight’s show. You can find out more about that situation by clicking here.
