Potential Presentation Change For WWE Star

Last night on WWE Raw, Shayna Baszler returned to TV for the first time in several weeks. Since WrestleMania really, Shayna has hardly been utilised on television, despite the absences of Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch.

Shayna returned during a segment with R-Truth and Akira Tozawa. While being involved with two comedy characters might not seem too ideal, Baszler cut a killer promo that reminded fans just how fantastic she is.

It was reported after her call-up that Baszler was very much a favourite of former Raw Executive Director Paul Heyman. However, Vince McMahon was reportedly unsure of her.

Speaking of Heyman, not that he is no longer working on WWE Raw, Baszler presentation is set to change, as she is now working with “real writers”.

On the latest Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer hinted that we may see Baszler presented differently now that she is working with other members of the WWE creative team and not just Paul Heyman:

“She was a project of Paul Heyman before Vince took her off TV and then they put her back on TV and you know, she’s back with the real writers. It’s a big difference.”

Speaking of returns, last night on Raw we also saw Bianca Belair on TV for the first time in months. However, it, unfortunately, has been reported that this isn’t a “long-term thing”.You can read more about that by clicking here.
