This past week on Raw, Vince McMahon revealed the new “Wild Card Rule”. This new concept would allow four stars from Raw to be invited to make to an appearance on Smackdown for one week, and vice versa.
Roman Reigns was the first Smackdown star to come to the red brand. He was closely followed by Daniel Bryan and Kofi Kingston who would clash in the main event of the show for Kingston’s WWE Championship.
The Staples Center‘s official website is now promoting a match for a Raw TV taping in Los Angeles on June 17th featuring two Smackdown stars, potentially spoiling future “Wild Card” appearances.
The arena is advertising a two-on-one handicap match for the show, with Roman Reigns taking on the team of Elias and Shane McMahon. This suggests that both men will likely be making a move to Raw that week if this advertisement is accurate.
