With Clash at the Castle now in the rear view mirror, WWE is set to begin the build towards Extreme Rules on tonight’s episode of WWE Raw.
Ahead of tonight’s show, a report has emerged that former WWE Universal Champion Braun Strowman is set to make his return to the company, and will be at tonight’s Raw show.
While still not yet officially confirmed, Fightful Select (subscription required) has posted some early plans for tonight’s WWE Raw show, with one segment in particular catching the eye.
Per Fightful, there is set to be an angle that features a car being turned over on tonight’s show. While not confirmed to be for Strowman, it certainly falls in line with other angles that Strowman was a part of during his WWE run.
Strowman was perhaps the most shocking name released back in June 2021, with him only wrestling 8 times since his release from the company.
Also planned for the show is the Steel Cage United States Championship match between Bobby Lashley and The Miz, which is set to be part of Triple H’s plan to restore the prestige of the United States Championship.
