Potential WWE Signing Praises Current Star For ‘Changing His Career’ WWE

A potential new WWE signing has commented on their recent training with a current WWE star, praising them for changing their career.

WWE held it’s latest round of tryouts during it’s European tour back in March, with a number of notable British and European independent talents, which included Man Like DeReiss.

Following DeReiss’ tryout, it was reported that WWE had ‘heavy interest’ in signing DeReiss, with him having ‘impressed’ the company during his tryout.

DeReiss is one of many names that have trained with WWE’s Natalya and Tyson Kidd (TJ Wilson) over the past few months, and DeReiss has now praised the pair for changing his career.

Speaking to Grapple Theory, he said:

“I’m very lucky because I’m fortunate enough to be able to train with Nattie and TJ every time I go to America. So they’ve both helped me learn so many things about wrestling and look at things in different ways and training in that heat in Orlando, it was in Tampa, but just in front of the heat in general, just pushing through, not giving up, really digging deep, fighting for your life. I feel like that’s improved me as a wrestler like a hundred times over, over the past year.

“Well, it’s been about two years now since I’ve been training there and I feel like they’ve both helped change my career. Nattie also gives me great advice and feedback and stuff, which everyone doesn’t know about really.”

WWE is reportedly looking to focus on more international signings in the coming months, with a number of names having been reported to sign with the company.

The signings have come due to those in the company looking to open NXT Europe later this year.
