Kenny Omega has a notably insane work ethic that seems to extend beyond the wrestling ring and into his backstage duties as well.
During his time away from the ring, Omega continues to serve in his Executive Vice President role within All Elite Wrestling along with fellow EVPs, Nick and Matt Jackson (the Young Bucks.)
According to a recent report from Fightful, Kenny Omega continues to be heavily involved in the AEW video game, and seemingly also involved in talent relations as reported he was the one who informed Brian Cage that AEW would be picking up his contract continuation option.
Also according to the report, Kenny Omega’s contributions are recognized with their sources giving him significant praise for his work in the role.
As previously reported, Omega last wrestled at the AEW Full Gear pay-per-view in November 2021. In February, Omega discussed his injuries, providing fans with a lengthy update.
There is currently no time frame set for Omega’s return.
