The WWE backstage producer list for Saturday’s (July 2) WWE Money in the Bank premium live event has been revealed.
This year’s event was an eventful show, with Liv Morgan winning the women’s Money in the Bank contract in the opening match of the show, and Theory victorious in the men’s ladder match in the main event.
Per Fightful Select (subscription required) prior to the show, Tyson Kidd, Molly Holly & Kenny Dykstra were listed as producers for the women’s bout, with Shane Helms & Jamie Noble listed for the men’s match.
Liv Morgan didn’t hold her briefcase for long, cashing in and winning the SmackDown Women’s Title from Ronda Rousey, who had just defended the gold against Natalya.
While the producers for the Liv Morgan cash-in weren’t disclosed, the report revealed that Petey Williams worked on the Ronda Rousey vs Natalya title bout.
The US Title also changed hands on the show, with Bobby Lashley forcing Theory to submit to claim the gold. Adam Pearce was the producer listed for this contest.
Michael Hayes worked on the Usos vs Street Profits tag title bout, which many fans considered the match of the night.
Shawn Daivari was listed as the producer for the Raw Women’s Title match between Bianca Belair and Carmella.
WWE stars, AEW names, and one of the aforementioned producers have reacted to Liv Morgan’s SmackDown Women’s Title victory, which you can read about right here.
