PROGRESS
PROGRESS Wrestling has announced the participants who will compete in the upcoming Super Mob Smash XII match.
The bout, set to take place at Chapter 143: The Deadly Viper Tour – Codename: Sidewinder on October 9, will see four teams of three compete against one another.
Here’s the kicker, the teams will be decided via public vote. The match stipulation itself was chosen by fans, and revealed at the PROGRESS: Return Of The Fly event.
Commenting on the chosen stipulation, PROGRESS co-owner Martyn Best said:
“It’s always dangerous putting things to a vote, but we had such an overwhelming response to this that I had to upgrade the platform we used.
“A resounding majority went for four teams of three combatants and we will now give our fans the opportunity to choose each trio over the next three days – the last team picks itself of course!”
The following participants have been announced for the game-inspired match:
- Callum Newman
- Chuck Mambo
- Danny Black
- Gene Munny
- Joe Lando
- Keinen Krishna
- Maverick Mayhew
- Mike Bird
- Omar
- TK Cooper
- Tu Byt
- Vaughn Vertigo
