PWG has now announced the final entrants for the 2022 Battle of Los Angeles tournament.
Buddy Matthews was announced as the 16th entrant for the tournament. Since his WWE departure in June 2021, the former Buddy Murphy has been wrestling on the independent scene. Matthews made his NJPW debut at Battle in the Valley in November, losing to Kazuchika Okada.
PWG confirmed that the 15th entrant will be ‘Phillip Five Skulls’ which appears to be in reference to a tweet from earlier this year about fans pushing for the company to book local talent.
