Randy Orton Addresses WWE WrestleMania 41 Status

Randy Orton Addresses WWE WrestleMania 41 Status WWE

Randy Orton has addressed his status for WWE WrestleMania 41 following the cancellation of his match with Kevin Owens.

Randy Orton made his return at the Elimination Chamber event last month, where he took out Kevin Owens after Owens had taken him out with a Piledriver back at Crown Jewel.

It was announced that Orton and Owens would go one on one at WrestleMania in a grudge match, but the match is no longer set to take place.

Owens announced on SmackDown two weeks ago that he had suffered a neck injury that would require surgery, leading to his match with Orton being cancelled, and Nick Aldis informing Randy that he no longer has a match at WrestleMania.

There has been a lot of speculation on Orton’s status, with him still expected to have a match on the show, and he has now commented on his status.

In a video on social media, Orton said:

“Honestly I have no idea what’s going on, but I have my gear, I’ve got my boots, I’ll be all warmed up in that ring, and I’m calling somebody out. I’ve gotta do something.”
