Randy Orton Calls WWE Star An “Elite” Worker

Cheeky boy. Randy Orton has made a little tongue-in-cheek comment in classic Randy fashion, fuelling talk around the new wrestling promotion, All Elite Wrestling.

Orton recently took to Instagram to post about…well, himself, naturally. He posted a picture of himself at a photoshoot, with the caption “Another day at the office”. Zack Ryder then left a comment on the post:

“They never ask me to do these shoots. Congrats man!”

While Ryder’s comment can be seen as a little sarcastic as well, Orton topped that off with a response to it.

“‘their’ loss broski. I am sure someone will recognize your talents one day. Always considered you to be a very elite worker.”

Nice wording there, Randy. It’s common knowledge at this point that Ryder, and several other wrestlers within WWE, believe ‘Long Island Iced Z’ is underutilised within the company, and that he would likely benefit from a move to another promotion.

Zack Ryder happens to be very good friends with Executive Vice President of AEW, Cody, and has frequently teased joining the promotion on Twitter. Ryder is also good friends with Orton, and it seems the pair of them enjoy having a little jab at the situation.
