Randy Orton Reveals Favourite Ever RKO WWE

After over 20 years of hitting his iconic finishing move, Randy Orton has revealed one of his favourite ever RKOs.

Randy Orton has hit more RKOs in his career than most people can count, with a good chunk of them being incredibly memorable moments.

From the Air Bourne counter from Evan Bourne to the super RKO he hit upon his return at Survivor Series on JD McDonagh, Orton has a lot of great RKOs to choose from.

Speaking on Impaulsive, Orton was asked about which RKO was his favourite, with the famous one on Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 31 being brought up.

Orton broke down the RKO on Seth, agreeing that it is among his favourites he’s ever hit.

He said:

“[Seth Rollins RKO at WrestleMania 31]’s up there. When it comes to the timing, I’ll take the credit on that, but when it comes to getting there, I gotta give all that credit to Seth. I gave him a base to jump off of, but he had to run towards me, redirect, go straight up off the back and give himself enough hang time for me to go from being way the f**k over to getting up from underneath, seeing him and dropping him, and if he’d have been just a little off, the whole move would have not went down, or if it went down it wouldn’t have been pretty, and it’d have been on me. I’d have took the criticism for that.

“So I gotta give guys like Seth, and all the over guys who have done the springboards in where I catch them, and even JD [McDonagh], bobblehead JD.”

Orton also discussed how he created the RKO and landed on it becoming his finishing move, which you can see here.

Orton officially signed with the SmackDown brand on last week’s episode of the show, seemingly set for a clash with Roman Reigns at the Royal Rumble.
