Randy Orton Injury Timetable Revealed?

Randy Orton Injury Timetable Revealed?

Last week Randy Orton injured his arm during his impromptu match with Riddle on Raw. Little was said about the injury but Orton does have a long history of shoulder problems so people have been looking for news.

Now, Fightful Select (subscription required) has reported that the initial word regarding Orton’s injury was that he suffered a deep bruise in the area. The report also stated that there didn’t seem to be any major damage suffered that would keep Orton out of action for a long time.

It was noted that they were unsure whether that had changed in the days prior to the report.

Randy Orton broke his collarbone for the first time at One Night Stand 2008. He rebroke it later the same year and later separated his shoulder in 2010. Orton has spoken about being hyperflexible in his shoulders and having to do special exercises to keep his shoulders from getting damaged.

Hopefully, the bruise is the extent of the injury and Randy Orton can return to the ring before long.

It was also recently reported that Orton was happy with recent changes to his creative direction. You can read more about that here.
