Randy Orton Breaks Silence After John Cena WWE Raw Attack

Randy Orton has broken his silence after attacking John Cena on the April 21 episode of WWE Raw (After WrestleMania 41).

The new WWE Champion made his first appearance after his victory over Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 41, having promised to continue to ruin wrestling.

Revealing that he only has 27 dates left for his retirement tour, Cena also stated that he doesn’t have to wrestle and that he’s taking the WWE Championship with him.

Antagonising fans further, it would be his long-time rival Randy Orton who would silence the WWE Champion with an RKO, as can be seen below this news story.

Orton has reacted to his reunion with his rival on WWE Raw in a tweet which can also be seen below, posting:

“Hello, old friend.”

The post was accompanied by a photo of Orton in the seconds before catching Cena with an RKO outta nowhere.

Cena now heads to WWE Backlash on May 10, 2025 in Orton’s hometown of St. Louis, Missouri.
