An update has emerged on the possibility of Randy Orton returning at the 2025 WWE Royal Rumble event tonight, February 1.
Orton has been off WWE TV since he was Piledriven by Kevin Owens back on the November 8 episode of SmackDown.
Many fans have questioned whether tonight’s Rumble event could play host to Orton’s return, and the latest update has come to light.
According to PWInsider Elite, Randy Orton himself has not yet been seen by any sources in Indianapolis for the event today.
However, his wife Kim has in fact been spotted at the WWE hotel.
In addition to a potential return in the men’s Rumble match, Orton has also been largely tied-in with one of the other matches on tonight’s card, as Cody Rhodes defends the Undisputed WWE Championship against the aforementioned Kevin Owens in a ladder match.
So even failing a spot in the men’s Rumble, some fans have speculated that Orton could return to interfere in the ladder match in some way or another.
