Two former champions in NXT, Raquel Gonzalez and Marcel Barthel, have been given new names upon their SmackDown debuts tonight.
Bringing to close the speculation of call ups, Marcel Barthel has appeared on SmackDown alongside Gunther, and similarly to the Ring General, he too has a new name: Ludwig Kaiser.
Gunther made his SmackDown in-ring debut by defeating Joe Alonzo.
In a backstage segment, SmackDown viewers were introduced to another familiar face, NXT 2.0 star Raquel Gonzalez was welcomed backstage under the new name, Raquel Rodriguez.
After chatting with Kayla Braxton for a moment, she was greeted by Los Lotharios who attempted to proposition her for a smooch but she was not having any of it!
