# Raw in Brief: July 2 2018

[Braun Strowman sends Kevin Owens for a ride in a portable toilet: Raw, July 2, 2018 (embedded)](https://www.youtube-nocookie.com/embed/MU-U2yIOUl4?feature=oembed)

Here are the Raw highlights.

Braun Strowman beat Kevin Owens by countout when Owens ran away! Braun then chased him to the back and found KO hiding in a portable toilet. So Braun taped the door shut. “I TOLD YOU I’D FIND YOU!” Strowman then dragged the portable loo back into the arena, positioned it on the edge of the stage, then  charged and knocked it clean over the side! Owens was left lying covered in you-know-what as the EMTs attended to him. This whole segment was utterly ridiculous but somehow awesome at the same time.

Speaking of which. DR SHELBY IS BACK! Bayley and Sasha entered his ‘Friend Zone’ for counselling. The warring ex-pals took part in ‘Honesty Theatre’ but ended up impersonating each other and arguing, causing the good doctor to lose his cool. These segments were flat and nowhere near as good as when Team Hell No entered anger management with Dr Shelby in 2012, simply because Bayley and Sasha are nowhere near as good at comedy – or acting for that matter – as Daniel Bryan and Kane.

[Roman Reigns & Seth Rollins vs. Dolph Ziggler & Drew McIntyre: Raw, July 2, 2018 (embedded)](https://www.youtube-nocookie.com/embed/KiuW8a1a7Sk?feature=oembed)

Drew McIntyre and Dolph Ziggler confronted Roman Reigns in the ring. A fight ensued and Seth Rollins raced to Reigns’ rescue. This led to a tag team match PLAYA! The crowd was hot for this until The Revival interfered and attacked Rollins and Reigns to cause a DQ. Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson threw Reigns into the ring steps while McIntyre and Ziggler laid out Seth with the Zig Zag-Claymore combination.

This led to Roman Reigns and Bobby Lashley vs The Revival, which Reigns and Lashley also won by disqualification. The ref called this off when The Revival refused to stop double-teaming Reigns. Lashley then walked out and left, after Reigns had refused to tag him in during the match. Wilder and Dawson then destroyed Roman.

Backstage, Kurt Angle informed Roman that it will be Reigns vs Lashley at **Extreme Rules**.

Nia Jax confronted Alexa Bliss and Mickie James while they were in the ring and informed them that Jax vs Bliss at **Extreme Rules** will be an Extreme Rules match. No kidding.

Nia then pinned Mickie James following a Samoan Drop after Natalya came out to neutralise Alexa.

Ember Moon pinned Liv Morgan after an Eclipse. Earlier, Elias played a song for Liv and Sarah Logan backstage.

The B Team did another flawless impression of The Deleters of Worlds on the ‘Tron and sang ‘He’s Got the Whole World in his Hands’. This led to Curtis Axel vs ‘Woken’ Matt Hardy. Axel won clean with a headlock driver. Bray Wyatt was absent due to injuries suffered in a car accident last Friday.

Mojo Rawley battered No Way Jose at ringside after once again refusing to give Jose a rematch.

The Authors of Pain beat Titus Worldwide after the Last Chapter on Apollo.

Constable Corbin cut an in-ring promo and called out Finn Balor. This led to an awkward verbal exchange. Corbin attacked Balor who then took him out with a Slingblade and drop kick. Corbin left.

This was not a good show.
